Pivotal Housing Partners invites community members and local partners to celebrate Berkshire Lofts with a ribbon cutting and open house on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at 10:30 AM. The event will take place at 7706 Rider Road in Sunbury.

The small, informal celebration will include a ribbon cutting ceremony, light refreshments, and an open house to follow. Guests will have an opportunity to tour the community, meet the property team, and explore the apartment homes and shared spaces. Berkshire Lofts marks an exciting addition to the Sunbury community.

The event offers an opportunity to recognize the collaboration and support that helped bring the development to life.

Pivotal Housing Partners extends its sincere appreciation to Bridges Community Action Partnership, the development’s nonprofit partner; Grow America, its investor; Huntington Bank and CF Bank, its lenders; and the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA). Their partnership and contributions have been instrumental in making Berkshire Lofts possible.
