On Monday evening, the Village of Sunbury Planning & Zoning Commission has no specific decisions on its plate.

Instead, the published agenda states that the sole item of substantive business, other than the welcoming and swearing in of new Commission members, will be a presentation by representatives of the Donald R. Kenny Company’s Metro Development.

Metro Development LLC was developed 13 years ago to develop multifamily communities and extended stay projects.

The proposed development project near Sunbury would be on land west of Interstate 71 and south of US36/SR37. The land in question is currently being considered for annexation to Sunbury.

The virtual meeting will begin at 6:30, and visitors are welcome. The Village Facebook page for viewing can be found here.
