The world’s newest Raise the Roost Chicken & Biscuits is the first of its kind. Instead of its traditional location inside a 7-Eleven restaurant, it is housed with a Speedway gas station.

It is also located right here in Delaware County.

Located at 2381 US Highway 23 North in Delaware, Raise the Roost is a southern-inspired, on-the-go chicken concept known as “Chicken Worth Crossing the Road For.” The menu includes regular and spicy chicken sandwiches, breakfast sandwiches, fried chicken tenders hand-breaded with a blend of southern spaces, fresh basked flaky biscuits, and chicken wings with multiple sauce options.

“These locations will continue to provide local customers with the convenience they expect from Speedway, plus great restaurant-quality dining options all in one single stop,” said Brad Williams, 7-Eleven Senior Vice President of Corporate Operations and Restaurants in a press release.

The 4,600-square-foot store offers dine-in eating as well as 20 fueling positions so they can fill up their vehicles outside.
