🌳 May Day History at the Park 🌳

The Boardman Arts Park is built on the location of the former West/Boardman Elementary School, which operated from 1904 to 1979. The school hosted a May Day Program every year, complete with a Maypole dance. In 2018, Boardman Arts Park revived this beloved tradition by partnering with local elementary schools to perform the dance annually.
