Citizens for the 4th is once again organizing the July 4 parade in Delaware. The parade will kick off on Thursday, July 4 at 11:00 AM from the county fairgrounds main gate and travel through downtown, winding along Sandusky Street, Wilmer Street, and Henry Street.

How to Join the Parade

If you’re part of a group or organization and want to join in on the fun, registration is now open! You can find the application form at www.delawareohio.net/parade2024entry. Show your community spirit and be part of this beloved event.

Event Schedule

Citizens for the 4th Parade

  • Time: 11:00 AM
  • Route: Starts at the county fairgrounds main gate, travels through downtown via Sandusky Street, then to Wilmer Street, and ends at Henry Street.

Central Ohio Symphony Concert

  • Time: 7:30 PM
  • Location: City Park
  • Details: Enjoy a wonderful evening of music with the Central Ohio Symphony.

City of Delaware Fireworks

  • Time: 10:00 PM
  • Location: City Park
  • Details: End your day with a spectacular fireworks show.
