On social media last week, Orange Township had a bit of fun with its name.

On a Facebook post, it shared the following:

“🚨 BIG ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

After much discussion, planning, and maybe a little too much coffee… Orange Township is officially rebranding.

Starting today, we are proud to introduce… Pink Township.

That’s right—new name, new look, same great community (just with a lot more pink). We’re talking pink fire trucks, pink parks, pink everything.

We appreciate your support as we make this bold and colorful transition. …or do we? 😉

Happy April Fools’ Day, Orange Township!”

Congrats on a great prank from 1808Delaware – or should we say 1807Delaware?
