There’s a very positive message which will be in evidence this coming Friday in downtown Delaware: Delaware Has Heart.
.That’s the theme of February’s First Friday event hosted by Main Street Delaware, when you are asked to show, wear, and share the love.
You can show the love by supporting downtown businesses.
You can wear the love by purchasing and donning a new “Love Wear You Live” shirt. A portion of each sale will go to Main Street Delaware operations and activities.
You can also share by love by scouting out the hearts in windows downtown, taking a selfie with that in the background, and post it to social media with the hashtags #delawarehasheart or #mainstreetdelaware throughout February to win a $50 Downtown Dollars e-gift card.
