The Columbus Symphony Orchestra, like other cultural organizations in central Ohio, has had to deal with several issues as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic — cancelled concerts, for instance.

Still, the Symphony is seeking to make a difference for area residents and to be a part of the gradual healing process that continues. To that end, they are putting on a Community Concert series providing free concerts across the region.

The first of those concerts take places this Friday evening right here in Delaware County.

Each performance will take place outdoors and will last approximately 45 minutes. The Symphony shares that the health and safety of patrons, musicians, volunteers, and staff are their top priority,and guidelines for what to expect can be found here:

Reservations are required for entry as seating is limited.
